Terms and conditions for ordering Flyto removal services and insurance practices for internal removals in Finland
-Cash, card payment and Klarna invoice are accepted as payment methods. You will receive a receipt for the payment immediately by email.
The payment is made immediately after the move.
Invoicing for business customers according to agreement.
-Prices include VAT 25,5%
-The direct debit includes all charges.
However, the contract invoice assumes that the customer has packed all the goods that can fit in the boxes. The movers protect the goods that do not fit in the boxes.
If the movers need to pack their belongings in order to start the removal work, a packing fee will be charged according to the additional service price list.
All furniture must also be ready to carry, if the furniture has to be disassembled or assembled at the destination at the customer's request, a disassembly/assembly fee will be charged in accordance with the additional service price list. The minimum charge for additional work is 1 hour and rounding up to the next 15 minutes.
-Hourly billingstarts when the movers arrive at the departure address and ends when the move is completed at the destination. Billing is rounded to the nearest fifteen minutes.
-The customer has the right to cancel the ordered service five (5) days before the agreed date. If the cancellation is made after this time, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of €100.
-Any claims must be made within five (5) days of the change.
-Force Majeure, we will not be liable to compensate or indemnify you if your move is delayed due to force majeure. Force majeure includes, for example, unforeseen and unforeseeable delays in the previous move due to circumstances beyond our control, or sudden breakdown of the vehicle.
-We have liability insurance, road transport insurance and a goods transport licence. We are also a member of the Tilaajavastuu.fi Luotettava kumppani programme.
Road transport insurance reimbursement is max 20€/kg.
This means that you must have a comprehensive home insurance policy in force, which also covers damage caused during the move.
If you do not have comprehensive home insurance, it is possible to purchase additional insurance through us to cover your belongings throughout the move, at a cost of 1% of the value of the belongings to be moved. Please contact customer services for more information.
