This Privacy Policy explains how Flyto (hereinafter "we") processes personal data. We aim to ensure that your personal data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently.

2. Purpose and legal basis for the processing of personal data

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Provision and implementation of removal services

  • Customer relationship management and communication with customers

  • Billing and payment processing

  • Marketing

  • Service development and analysis

The legal basis for processing personal data is the legal basis under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. the performance of a contract (e.g. a removal contract) and our right to provide and develop removal services and manage related customer relationships.

3. Personal data processed

We process the following personal data:

  • Customer name, address and contact details (email address, phone number)

  • Company (if the service is purchased for a company)

  • Information related to removal services, such as the list of goods to be removed and the date of removal

  • Payment information and billing information (in case of billing)

  • Other information that may be stored includes website addresses, network connection IP address, device and location information.

4. Regular sources of information

The information stored in the register is obtained from the customer in connection with the request for a quote, from the website, from messages and through requests for quotes by e-mail and telephone. 

5. Transfer of personal data outside the EU or EEA

We do not disclose personal data to third parties unless it is necessary for the provision of services or to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties, nor do we transfer your data outside the EU or EEA, except in the circumstances set out in this Privacy Policy. Your data may be disclosed where necessary:

  • To external service providers who take care of the provision of the service

  • For payment service intermediaries (payment terminals)

  • Recovery agencies

  • In the case of acquisitions, to the new company, if necessary to complete the service

  • For the authorities

We will ensure that transfers are carried out properly and lawfully in accordance with the law on the processing of personal data.

6. Data retention period

We will only retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes mentioned above or for as long as we are required to retain it by law. However, data will never be kept for more than 2 years.

7. Protection of personal data

We safeguard personal data with appropriate technical measures to ensure data security. Personal data is protected behind a password and username and is only accessible to persons who have been authorised to access it and whose job description includes it.

You have the right:

  • Request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data

  • Object to the processing of your personal data

  • Withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data where the processing is based on consent
