This Privacy Policy explains how Flyto (hereinafter "we") processes personal data. We aim to ensure that your personal data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently.

We process personal data for the following purposes:
Provision and implementation of removal services
Customer relationship management and communication with customers
Billing and payment processing
Marketing
Service development and analysis
The legal basis for processing personal data is the legal basis under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. the performance of a contract (e.g. a removal contract) and our right to provide and develop removal services and manage related customer relationships.

We process the following personal data:
Customer name, address and contact details (email address, phone number)
Company (if the service is purchased for a company)
Information related to removal services, such as the list of goods to be removed and the date of removal
Payment information and billing information (in case of billing)
Other information that may be stored includes website addresses, network connection IP address, device and location information.
4. Regular sources of information
The information stored in the register is obtained from the customer in connection with the request for a quote, from the website, from messages and through requests for quotes by e-mail and telephone.
5. Transfer of personal data outside the EU or EEA
We do not disclose personal data to third parties unless it is necessary for the provision of services or to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties, nor do we transfer your data outside the EU or EEA, except in the circumstances set out in this Privacy Policy.
