However, in Bratislava, three rooms and a kitchen are very affordable, starting from as little as €600. Most rental apartments in Slovakia are listed by private landlords.   • Slovakia's healthcare system includes both public and private services. Every resident must have public health insurance, which covers free public healthcare. Good to know if you are planning a trip to the Slovak mountains, rescue, first aid and ambulance costs are not covered by public health care, but are paid for entirely by you.
